为了不必要的错误产生,这里是强制执行停止服务

6 修改scanip地址
发现scanip地址没有刷新过来
6.1 关闭scan服务及侦听

6.2 配置scan ip地址
从DNS解析中读取新地址,刷新IP地址,因为使用的是hosts列表,所以不一定能够成功,还需要手动配置。
