1.打开webService链接,右键属性—》证书—》详细信息—》复制到文件,保存cer格式的文件。

5.修改Java代码

1、循环读取描述符,直到读取不到数据才算是读取完成;
2、正常情况下write只是把数据写到内核的缓冲区中,由内核调度写入到物理设备
可以使用O_SYNC同步I/O,这样write只有在数据被实际写入之后才会返回;
可以使用tcpdump查看是否已经把数据发送成功;
内核缓冲区的作用是提高网络发送效率,只有等缓冲区数据满了才会一起发送,查看是否是因为这个导致c程序只有在结束程序后,内核才把数据发送出去
